I talked with the AG Doll hospital, and you guys were right, they are very nice and helpful! They are going to send me a prepaid package to send back my Kirsten doll. They are going to search for a premattel head or a head that resembles the one I had. But they are also going to send me back her old head if they can find it, kind of morbid. Any way, I am glad every thing is going to work out!
